Hollywood Star Reveals Story About The Time He Called Travis Kelce a “D–k” [VIDEO]

Josh Charles once had a choice word to describe Travis Kelce.

Charles was honored to be part of Taylor Swift’s “Fortnight” music video. However, he couldn’t help but pick a bone with her fiancé while on set. The Good Wife alum and his Dead Poets Society costar Ethan Hawke appeared in Swift’s 2024 music vid as mad scientists experimenting on the singer. That video would go on to win the coveted Video of the Year prize at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.

At the Video Music Awards, the Era’s Tour singer took home seven awards. During her speech, she thanked the Chiefs’ superstar tight end. Everything might have worked out for her video, but it certainly did not for Josh Charles.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show on Monday, Jimmy Fallon informed Charles of what Ethan Hawke previously said. He said the Dead Poets Society actor “once got into a fight with Travis Kelce.”

“A fight? He exaggerated this,” Charles explained. He then went on to explain that his beef is over football.

“It wasn’t a fight. I’ve always liked Travis Kelce, and I just thought he was so cool. But that year that they beat the [Baltimore] Ravens in the AFC championship game, he was a real jerk that year. So, I kind of fell off of him.”

The Baltimore native revealed he said, “So, when I met him, I was like, ‘You know, I’ve always liked you, but this year you were kind of a d–k.”

Charles made sure to clarify that he’s actually a huge fan of Travis Kelce. He told Fallon that he was “such a good dude,” adding, “I like him. I like him a lot.”

When Taylor Swift supported Travis Kelce at his games, it was only right that he do the same for her. Swift brought out Kelce on stage during her Eras Tour show in London in June 2024. Fans lost their minds at the time. He has since appeared in one of her videos.

With their marriage scheduled for this summer, the two might have even more time to spend together. That can only happen if he retires.

This season, coming off their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, marked the first time the Chiefs haven’t qualified for the playoffs in 10 seasons. Kelce might’ve played his final game this past Sunday in Las Vegas.

After the Chiefs’ loss on Sunday, Travis took some time to reflect on his bond with his teammates, saying, “I just love this team,” according to ESPN.

“I’m proud of the way we finished this, even though it ended the way it did. The guys still showed up and gave it their all. That’s all you can ask for, man,” he added.

Much like last year, Kelce will take some time before he makes his decision.
