The 2025 NFL regular season is about to come to a close, and what a season it has been. Ups and downs, highs and lows, and so many devastating injuries that talent had to be poached from the nursing home. But here we stand with only two weeks left before the playoffs, and the Chiefs are eliminated, the Patriots are on the cusp of a new dynasty, and my not-so-beloved Jets find new and exciting ways to make me question why I’ve been a lifelong fan of this putrid team. Oh well. At least there’s football scheduled on Christmas Day.
With the playoffs almost upon us, we thought we’d take a look back at the Nike x NFL footwear releases that defined the season:
Clean lines. Proper heel cushioning. As crisp as a Josh Allen spiral down the field. Without the presence of the Chiefs and Bengals (and potentially the Ravens) in the playoffs, perhaps this is the year that the Bills make their magical run to the Super Bowl. Or they could run into the new boogeyman that is the revitalized Patriots.
A collection so sweet that it disappeared in the blink of an eye, like the Bengals’ playoff chances or Daniel Jones’ MVP campaign. Fret not: Nike still has plenty of other Air Max 90 styles available!
