We are heading to the final fifteen minutes of this 2025 season for your Minnesota Vikings, and they still lead the Green Bay Packers by a score of 13-0.
The Packers got the football first coming out of the locker room at halftime, as they won the coin toss and deferred their choice to the second half. They actually got a little bit of offense going, moving the ball out to near midfield, but their drive came to a halt courtesy of Dallas Turner, who sacked Clayton Tune for the second time on the afternoon to end the drive.
On the ensuing drive, after J.J. McCarthy completed a quick pass to Justin Jefferson, the Vikings took him out of the game. At this time, weβre not totally sure exactly what the issue may be, but Max Brosmer went back in at quarterback for the Vikings. It appears that he may have aggravated the hand injury that caused him to miss the Week 17 game against Detroit, but when we have more details we will pass them along.
The Vikings wound up punting the ball away on that possession, and after gaining a little bit of yardage, the Packers wound up punting the ball right back, putting the Minnesota offense inside its own 10-yard line. As we move to the final quarter of play, the Vikings are looking at a 2nd-and-4 from their own 25-yard line.
Itβs the final quarter of play for our Minnesota Vikings until August. . .and the final one that actually counts for anything until September. . .and they lead the Green Bay Packers 13-0 at U.S. Bank Stadium. Come on in and join us for the final fifteen minutes of the 2025 regular season!
