This one sounds like it may be a dud

Now that the San Francisco 49ers are back to .500 and headed into the bye. We, the 49ers fans can sit back, relax and watch stress-free football for a bit.

Tonight on Monday Night Football it’s the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. the New York Giants.

I said stress free, I didn’t say the game would be any good.

Russell Wilson got his first start for the Steelers last week against the New York Jets and it looked a bit like the Russell Wilson of old. 264 yards and two touchdowns. The Jets only managed 15 points in a 37-15 thumping. So naturally you get to see Wilson on TV again. Most 49ers fans still remember him with the Seahawks, so naturally they could do without.

And then there’s the Giants. Oh man, the Giants. They still have two wins. Two wins over the Cleveland Browns and the Seattle Seahawks. They’ve only gotten to 20 points twice this season and it was in those aformentioned wins. The latest beat down was to the Philadelphia Eagles. Daniel Jones didn’t even throw an interception. Then again, he didn’t even reach 100 yards passing. The Giants pulled Jones towards the end of the third quarter with speculation he may be perminently demoted, but he took all the first-team snaps at practice.

FanDuel Sportsbook has the Steelers favored by 5.5 points. There is absolutely no way you can take the Giants even with 5.5 points. Take the Steelers. I’d love to make some Drew Lock prop bets when/if the Giants were to bench Jones for him, but I couldn’t find any for th elife of me. The over/under is set at 37.5. I’d say bet the under on this one. The Steelers will get up early and then it will be a matter of kicking back and watching chaos.
