The New York Giants have been the center of attention in the NFL world recently after they signed franchise icon Odell Beckham Jr. to a contract. Beckham Jr. is now practicing with the Giants during offseason workouts as they prepare for the upcoming 2026 NFL season.
Also in attendance at practice is Giants defensive star Kayvon Thibodeaux, who recently showed his support for the hometown New York Knicks by rocking a Jalen Brunson jersey ahead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
“Knicks in five!” Thibodeaux predicted before entering practice on Wednesday, per NFL insider Jordan Schultz on X, formerly Twitter, via the Giants’ official team account.

The Giants are hoping that some of the Knicks’ magic will rub off on them as they try to get out of the NFL’s cellar and into legit contention in the NFC for the first time in over a decade.
It wasn’t long ago that the Knicks were the laughingstock of the NBA, but that started to change when they signed Brunson four years ago, having made it to at least the second round of the playoffs in every season since, and now gearing up to take part in the NBA Finals for the first time in 27 years.
Coincidentally, the Knicks will be taking on the same team that dropped them off the last time they were in the Finals: The San Antonio Spurs, who have home court advantage in the series, which is set to begin on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, the Giants are looking to build a new era led by head coach John Harbaugh and young quarterback Jaxson Dart.
New York will kick off its season on September 13 with a home game against the divisional rival Dallas Cowboys.
