Friday Night Happy Hour: Home opener edition
Behind the Steel Curtain Behind the Steel Curtain

Welcome back to BTSC’s Friday night open thread:

  1. The Steelers’ first game — and victory — is in the books. Last week, the good guys came out on top, beating the Jets in a game that was perhaps higher scoring than expected. What are your initial reactions to how the Steelers looked following Week 1?
  2. What are you for in Week 2 against Seattle? Are there any individual unit or player matchups you think will be crucial in deciding this game? What improvements from Week 1 are you hoping to see? Are there any Seahawks players you’re concerned will give Pittsburgh trouble?
  3. Are any of you going to the game? If yes, who are you seeing it with? If not, what are your plans for the game? As I live in Seattle, I’ll be playing the heel for my friends and hoping that I get the last laugh!
  4. Song of the Week: Last weekend, I went to a concert with my girlfriend to see one of my favorite artists at an outdoor venue that recently started, about a year ago, at a local farm. So naturally, I have to share one of the songs he performed, albeit the music video version. Enjoy!
