The first half of the season is officially in the books. Give me your midseason evaluations of the Steelers? Is the team where you thought it would be? Are they better or worse than you thought?
First place in the AFC North still belongs to the Steelers. They have a two-game lead on Baltimore with both matchups against the Ravens still remaining on the schedule. Do the Steelers hang on and win the North? Do the Ravens or even the Bengals worry you?
Safety Kyle Dugger was the only player the Steelers ended up trading for before the deadline. What is your assessment of him after the Colts game? What are your opinions about the relatively quiet deadline for the Steelers?
Speaking of the Colts game, the Steelers forced six turnovers and controlled the tempo during the middle portions of the game. Do you think the defense is “fixed?” What parts do you think are repeatable moving forward?

There comes a point in life where your music tastes become the background soundtrack of your errands. Tonight’s song was a popular coffee shop song around college campuses when I was in school. This week, I heard it in a grocery store along with several other songs that were popular in my early 20s. Huh.
