Her ousting from the network comes amid a contentious year where she was embroiled in harassment allegations against its former top programming executive, Charlie Dixon.

Among the claims filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji was Taylor’s career making huge strides due to her having sexual relationships with Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon and Emmanuel Acho.

According to her stylist, Noushin Faraji, the 37-year-old woman from Pennsylvania struck up physical relationships with Emmanuel Acho and Charlie Dixon and even tried to hook up with Skip Bayless to advance her own career with the network.

Taylor is also accused of workplace bullying by Faraji for mocking her accent and ability to speak English. She also names Dixon and Fox Corporation in the action, which includes claims of sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation, and other hostile workplace issues.

What’s Next For Joy Taylor?

Joy Taylor has a long road ahead of her.

She is without a job and unlikely to find a new one while a lawsuit hangs over her head.

In addition to her former job, she hosted the podcast Two Personal, which focuses on in-depth conversations about culture, social issues, and personal experiences.

It debuted in 2024 with Taylor Rooks, but she quietly left the show.

She relaunched the show amid her lawsuit, and that might be her bread and butter for the time being.
