After he did not attend the first day of OTAs, sports anchor Joy Taylor bizarrely ripped the quarterback the Steelers are rumored to sign, Aaron Rodgers, for his no-show.

During an episode of Speak, Taylor went on a fiery rant about Rodgers. She questioned his “pride,” “dignity,” and “respect for the game.”

“This is the Pittsburgh Steelers — they are coached by a first-ballot Hall of Famer, Mike Tomlin, who has never had a losing season, and we’re sitting around talking about Aaron Rodgers is not there on the first day of OTAs,” Taylor said.

“Mandatory or not, where is your pride? Where is your dignity? Where’s your respect for the game? Where’s the respect for this organization?

NFL fans had a field day blasting Joy Taylor as they pointed out Rodgers didn’t show up to OTAs because he’s not officially on the Steelers.

On Wednesday’s “Speak” episode, Taylor decided to fire back at her critics.

“People think you and I do not know that Aaron Rodgers is not officially signed to the Steelers,” Taylor said. “They’re having a hard time on the internet.”

“In my brain, when I read these things, I’m like, ‘How do you have this job if you don’t know Aaron is not officially there?”

Taylor might be a lot of things, but she certainly knows her sports.

Joy Taylor Lawsuit Gets Major Update

Back in January, Taylor was accused of using sexual relationships with Emmanuel Acho and network executive Charlie Dixon to further her career, according to a lawsuit that was filed on behalf of hair stylist Noushin Faraji.

Taylor is alleged to have used ‘her sexuality to get on a show’ in 2020 when she sought a spot on Acho’s program ‘Speak.’

The sexual harassment lawsuit that involves Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless may very well be on its way to a resolution.

Now, attorneys for all sides have been engaged in settlement discussions.

‘On March 10, 2025, the Parties mediated this matter,’ read the filing from Los Angeles County Superior Court. ‘While the Parties did not resolve at mediation, they are continuing to engage in settlement discussions with the mediator.’
