Former Pittsburgh Steelers future/reserve signee Joshuah Bledsoe and reportedly found a new home with the Tennessee Titans.
As preseason work has progressed, the Pittsburgh Steelers have made numerous roster moves. In June, they cut ties with safety Joshuah Bledsoe to make other corresponding moves. On Tuesday, it was reported that the former Steelers safety was set to join the Titans in Tennessee.

Bledsoe, a former sixth-round pick out of Missouri, has been limited in seeing action in his career thus far. After entering the league in 2021, the former Tiger saw action sparingly with the New England Patriots in 2022 and 2023.
In fact, Bledsoe only has four career games logged, mostly with special teams snaps. He was signed to a future/reserve contract in January shortly after the Steelers’ season ended in Baltimore.
Bledsoe was projected to be a practice squad or special-teams contributor coming into the league. He has taken advantage of every opportunity to prolong his career. He will now take that opportunity to Nashville, where he aims to make the Titans’ 53-man roster or practice squad.
Between his stint with the Steelers and Patriots, he was briefly a member of the San Antonio Brahmas in the 2024 UFL offseason. When offered the opportunity to join the Steelers, he took it.
The corresponding release in June provided an opportunity for safety Quindell Johnson. Johnson has remained on the Steelers roster since this transaction.
