Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Myles Jack has been arrested in Texas on gun-related charges, per the Dallas Morning News via Alan Saunders of Steelers Now.

Jack reportedly discharged a firearm while police were performing a wellness check and was captured after jumping out of a two-story window.

Jack spent two seasons with the Steelers. He originally joined the team in 2022 as a free agent after being released by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He recorded 104 tackles in 15 games in 2022. The Steelers then called Jack out of retirement in the tail end of the 2023 season due to a long list of injuries at the linebacker position. In three games, he recorded 17 tackles and a sack.
