A former defensive back of the Pittsburgh Steelers is switching sides in the AFC North.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Thomas Graham Jr. is signing with the Baltimore Ravens, the team announced.

Graham, 26, signed with the Steelers on Jan. 23, 2024 and spent a large portion of the season with them before being released on Oct. 29.

Graham showed versatility as an inside and outside cornerback during training camp but did not work with the top special teams units. He finished the preseason with three tackles and one pass defended.

Graham began his NFL career as the No. 228 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears. He was waived as a rookie, but the Bears re-signed him to their practice squad.

He made his NFL debut on December 20 against the Minnesota Vikings, and after playing every snap on defense and recording seven tackles and three pass breakups, he was signed to the active roster the next day.

However, Chicago waived Graham before the start 2022 season. He then joined the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad, and once again, earned his way onto the active roster, where he would spend the rest of the 2022 season.

Graham was waived/injured by Cleveland and placed on injured reserve before the start of the 2023 season, and was later released in November. The Steelers then signed him to a reserve/futures contract.

A native of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Graham played college football at Oregon, where he appeared in 40 games and recorded 143 solo tackles, one forced fumble, 39 passes defensed and eight interceptions. Graham opted out of the 2020 season before it appeared that Oregon would play any games; instead, he competed at the Senior Bowl to help boost his NFL Draft stock.

At the NFL Combine, Graham ran a 4.49 40-yard dash while measuring in at 5-foot-10 and 192 pounds in Indianapolis.
