Matt Kalil is reportedly suing his ex-wife, Haley, over her “two Coke cans” comment.
Matt and Haley split after she filed for divorce in 2022. She disclosed the reason for the failed marriage late last year.
According to the SI Swimsuit model, they had a big problem…
Apparently, the former NFL star’s manhood was way too much for her. She compared it to a pair of Coke cans stacked on top of each other.
According to TMZ Sports, Kalil did not take kindly to the comment, although they must have made him a wanted man.
“TMZ Sports obtained the docs filed on Tuesday … in which the former Carolina Panther says Haley’s “invasive commentary” ruined his attempt at keeping out of the public eye after retiring from football,” the outlet reports.
The lawsuit says the invasion of privacy was a direct result of his former spouse’s claims. They came during an appearance on Marlon Garcia’s ‘Mar-Athon’ stream last November.
He says she “implied that the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse with Plaintiff would leave her ‘in tears.'”
Haley likened said genitalia to***“two Coke cans, maybe even a third,”*** claiming it factored into their split.
According to the lawsuit, Matt has been subjected to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”**
He also claims that members of his family “have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.”
As for his new wife, she has received messages which were “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.”
The former offensive tackle claims that his ex-wife has financially benefited from the attention. On the other hand, his family has been left to deal with the mess.
He is suing for invasion of privacy, claiming Haley disclosed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life.”
He notes that she “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.”
The former Panthers star is seeking damages of over $75,000.
