Football players spitting on each other is becoming a trend. On Thursday night, Eagles’ Jalen Carter was ejected from the Eagles-Cowboys game for spitting on Dak Prescott.

On Saturday, Florida Gators Brendan Bett also got ejected for spitting on a USF player while the Gators were only up one point and the Bulls were driving up the field to attempt a game-winning field goal.

Another spitting incident. This time in the South Florida-Florida game.

Florida DL Brendan Bett was ejected and the Gators were assessed a 15-yard penalty.

Gators fans are now calling for Bett to be removed from the team.

Kick Brendan Bett off the team. He doesn’t deserve to wear a @FloridaGators‘ jersey Thanks @ufalumni https://t.co/x0f8oFhuMn
