CLEVELAND — Five starters are among the Pittsburgh Steelers inactive players for Sunday’s Week 17 matchup with the Cleveland Browns.

The Steelers have made inactive starting wide receiver and punt returner Calvin Austin III (hamstring), slot cornerback Brandin Echols (groin), outside cornerback James Pierre (calf), left guard Isaac Seumalo (triceps), outside linebacker T.J. Watt (lung).

Roman Wilson is active for the first time in three weeks and will replace Austin. Newly acquired cornerback Tre Flowers and practice squad elevation D’Shawn Jamison are both active to fill in for Echols and Pierre, though Asante Samuel Jr. will likely start outside and Jalen Ramsey can move to the slot, with Chuck Clark filling in at safety.

Along the offensive line, Spencer Anderson is expected to start at left guard in place of Seumalo, while Andrus Peat will take the role when Anderson is playing jumbo tight end. Jack Driscoll is active as a practice squad elevation.

At outside linebacker, Nick Herbig will return from injury and start in place of Watt, with rookie Jack Sawyer returning to the No. 3 role.

The lone healthy inactive player for the Steelers this week is running back Kaleb Johnson, who is out for the second straight week.
