Former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Flozell Adams, guard Alan Faneca, nose tackle Casey Hampton and wide receivers Antwaan Randle-El and Troy Edwards are on the ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026, the National Football Foundation announced on Monday.

Adams and Randle El are on the ballot for the fifth consecutive year. Faneca was also nominated last year, while Hampton and Edwards and first-time nominees.

Quarterbacks Michael Vick and Terry Hanratty were selected in the Class of 2025 last year.

Adams spent the 2010 season with the Steelers after playing for the Dallas Cowboys from 1998-2009. He started in Super Bowl XLV for the Steelers in his final NFL game. A second-round pick of the Cowboys out of Michigan State in 1998, Adams played 13 NFL seasons and was a five-time Pro Bowler.

Faneca played guard for the Steelers from 1998-2007 after being selected by the team in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft out of LSU. He won Super Bowl XL with the team, was an eight-time All-Pro and nine-time Pro Bowler, and is a member of the NFL 2000s All-Decade Team, the Pittsburgh Steelers All-Time Team, the Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Honor, and the was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2021.

Hampton was also nominated for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025 last year. “Big Snack” came to Pittsburgh in the first round of the 2001 NFL Draft out of Texas. The nose tackle spent 12 seasons in black and gold, winning Super Bowls XL and XLIII. Hampton was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and is a member of the Steelers’ All-Time Team.

Edwards was the Steelers’ first-round pick out of Louisiana Tech in 1999, and became one of the team’s most infamous draft busts. Edwards lasted three seasons with the Steelers and caught a total of 98 passes for 1,212 yards and five touchdowns. He was traded to the St. Louis Rams for a future sixth-round pick in 2002. At Louisiana Tech, Edwards won the Biletnikoff Award, and set the NCAA record for career touchdown receptions with 50. He still holds the single-season touchdown mark with 27 and has the record for the most receiving yards in a game with 405.

Before he was catching passes for the Steelers, Randle El was a First-Team All-American quarterback at Indiana. He passed for 7,469 yards and 42 touchdowns with 37 interceptions, while also rushing for 3,895 yards and 44 scores. Upon leaving Bloomington, Randle El became the first player in FBS history to pass for 6,000 yards and rush for 3,000 yards in career. Randle El is currently in his first season as assistant head coach and wide receivers coach for the Chicago Bears after spending the last four seasons as the wide receivers coach for the Detroit Lions.
