  1. Miami Dolphins D/ST vs Washington Commanders

We certainly didn’t anticipate the Miami Dolphins defense becoming a fantasy option, but that’s the world we live in for Week 11. First, it’s worth noting that Miami’s opponents have averaged just 17 points and 309 total yards per game in the last three weeks. In that span, the Dolphins are averaging 2 sacks per game with 4 takeaways and just a 30.1 percent third-down conversion rate allowed. With the Washington Commanders missing Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin, there’s a viable path to football fans seeing a defensive clinic with multiple sacks, 1 takeaway, and under 20 points allowed by Miami.

  1. Atlanta Falcons D/ST vs Carolina Panthers

We don’t have a ton of faith in the Atlanta Falcons run defense, which has allowed 162.7 rushing yards per game and a 5.0 yards-per-carry average in the last seven games. Given how well the Carolina Panthers run the football, this would seem like a D/ST to avoid for fantasy managers. However, quarterback Bryce Young is a massive liability, and the New Orleans Saints just showed the success you can have (7 points and 175 total yards allowed) when you throw everything you have to stop Rico Dowdle and force Bryce Young to beat you. That should be the plan of attack for Atlanta, and given Young’s extreme limitations, we expect the Falcons defense to fare very well in Week 11.

  1. Los Angeles Chargers D/ST vs Jacksonville Jaguars

The Los Angeles Chargers are all the way back defensively. Following a rough three-game stretch from Weeks 5-7, this unit has now allowed just 13.3 points and 197 total yards per game in the last three contests. In that span, quarterbacks completed just 55.4 percent of passes versus Los Angeles, and the Chargers surrendered just 65 rushing yards per game without a single touchdown. The icing on the cake: the return of Khalil Mack has helped this front total 12 sacks in the last three weeks. Set to face a Jacksonville Jaguars offense in Week 11 that has totaled just 21.8 PPG and 306 total YPG with 4.6 sacks per game allowed in the last five contests, the Chargers D/ST is a must-play.
