It feels good to kick off the Falcons’ bye week with a Victory Monday. It feels even better to have a Victory Monday one week removed from one of the team’s worst losses in recent memory against the Panthers in Week 3.
Now that we’ve got a few weeks of seeing this year’s rookie class perform on the field this season, I wanted to take the opportunity to ask y’all how you would grade their performance so far. I did not include Jack Nelson for the grades because he hasn’t taken any game snaps this year. But if you have thoughts on Nelson definitely share them in the comments.
The defensive rookies have been standing out, particularly cornerback Billy Bowman Jr. and S Xavier Watts. Below are the stats and snap counts for each so far this season. Take our survey, grade each player’s performance, and then grade the whole class so far, and as always, tell us how confident you’re feeling about the Falcons.
