Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Miami Dolphins are going through a transformation and that involves the offense. Since Mike McDaniel has arrived, the Dolphins have leaned towards a more athletic type of profile for their players. The offensive unit may be fast but it lacked the size and physicality it needed when the season got into the latter stages. The team added bigger, more physical players at every position group on offense which will hopefully stop the “soft” narrative around this team. The Dolphins are bringing back most of their offense and with the changes they have made, perhaps they can make the right improvements on the issues that plagued them last season.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
