The Washington Commanders overheard Brandon Aiyuk claiming he’s on their roster Thursday. Which adds to Aiyuk’s growing list of crash outs involving the San Francisco 49ers. But now a former high NFL Draft pick for the franchise claims he’s done defending the wideout.
Aiyuk continues to go on his rant about his relationship with the 49ers. The past 1,000-yard wideout has posted a series of videos proclaiming his desire to play for Washington, despite how he’s still on the SF roster.
Now ex-Washington defender Su’a Cravens has stopped defending his behavior in reacting to Aiyuk’s latest video. Cravens even took the side of Richard Sherman, who called out Aiyuk’s behavior.
“Yea I can’t even try to defend this anymore brother,” Cravens begins. “Sherm gave me the timeline and so far, you haven’t even filed a grievance for a wrongdoing on the teams part?? So what’s your goal here??”
Cravens wasn’t through calling out Aiyuk’s actions. Even revealing how powerful the Niners are in this scenario.
“The 49ers hold all the cards. Acting careless won’t force their hand! They can shelf you like an industry artist that signed a 360 deal in perpetuity,” Cravens said.
He then asked the following stirring questions: “Who in your corner is giving you advice?! Where’s your agent?! The league is great at showing players nobody is bigger than the program.”
Cravens added how he ran through something similar with Washington, even claiming he had a case filed grievance. So Aiyuk loses a past supporter in the safety here.
The star from USC Cravens landed in Washington out of the second round in the 2016 draft. He now has become a popular Los Angeles sports personality including for Trojans games.
