The Super Bowl re-match between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs is upon us this Sunday, and part of the fun involves all of the sports betting that fans across the country will do. That includes FanDuel Sportsbook, which set the line as favoring the Chiefs by 1.5, and the over/under at 48.5. Where are the bets falling?
SB Nation conducting a survey on a national level, and it’s a near dead-heat when it comes to the spread. 49% of fans have picked the Chiefs to cover the 1.5 point spread, while 51% are taking the Eagles to cover. For the over/under, 56% of fans are taking the over, and 44% of fans are taking the under.
In a few other popular bets, 46% of fans are taking Saquon Barkley to win the Super Bowl MVP, followed by Patrick Mahomes (39%), Jalen Hurts (7%), Travis Kelce (3%), Xavier Worthy (2%), and A.J. Brown (1%). As for how long the Star Spangled Banner will last, 55% of fans think it’ll last under 120.5 seconds.
