Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns offensive linemen got to enjoy some nice, cold brewskies after Thursday’s joint practice.
The Browns and Eagles are practicing together ahead of their preseason clash on Saturday (1:00 p.m. EST) at Lincoln Financial Field. There was a lot of hype entering this game because of Shedeur Sanders, but an oblique injury will sideline the rookie after a superb preseason debut.
Instead, fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel (the No. 94 pick in this year’s draft) is expected to get the start against the Philadelphia Eagles.
There are always fights breaking out during joint practices; including one that left New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel bloodied as he tried to end a scuffle with Washington Commanders players.
But Philadelphia Eagles superstar guard Landon Dickerson wanted to spread preseason cheer around his teammates and opponents after Thursday’s practice. So what did he do, oh, just your casual act of kindness by bringing out a cooler full of Miller Lite beer:

Hey, most of us will never know the intensity of full workouts between pro football players, especially offensive linemen. If there’s a time for the Browns and Eagles to enjoy a cold beer together, it’s after a preseason practice.
Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles will begin their Super Bowl 59 title defense when they host Dak Prescott and the NFC East Dallas Cowboys in the NFL Kickoff Game on Sept. 4.
Prescott has owned the Eagles during his career (a 9-4 record), so this promises to be a juicy matchup between two heated rivals. Philadelphia swept the season series a year ago, but Prescott missed both meetings due to a season-ending hamstring injury.
