Check out episode 42 of Duval Rundown, hosted by Gus Logue.

Gus was joined by 1010XL’s Mia O’Brien for a live breakdown of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Week 15 matchup against the New York Jets. Who will win on Sunday, and more importantly, who is better suited for long-term success based on their current rosters?

The Jets have already fired their head coach and general manager, and the Jaguars figure to follow suit. Between the two teams, Jacksonville is probably the more attractive landing spot for HC and GM candidates — namely because of Trevor Lawrence.

Aaron Rodgers (41 years old) appears to be on his way out as New York’s starting quarterback, but even if he remains a Jet in 2025, the organization doesn’t have a long-term answer at the position. Meanwhile, Lawrence (25) is signed with the Jaguars through 2030. Even if you’re not the biggest believer in no. 16, he’s at least a starting-caliber passer worth building around. That’s gotta be more intriguing than starting completely over in the Big Apple.
