Week 2 of the 2025 NFL Preseason is here, with the Miami Dolphins visiting the Detroit Lions as part of the Saturday slate of games. The Dolphins came out of Preseason Week 1 with a tie against the Chicago Bears and will now be looking for a better result against their second-straight NFC North opponent. The will finish their preseason schedule at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars next weekend.

Miami spent two practices this week working with the Lions and had an inconsistent performance during those workouts. The Dolphins’ defensive secondary struggled against the Detroit receivers, while the offensive line was up-and-down against the Lions’ pass rushers.
