D.C. Council approves RFK Stadium deal; Washington Commanders want be in D.C. by 2030

The second, and final vote on the deal to bring the Washington Commanders to Washington D.C. and build a new stadium on the old RFK Stadium site was approved 11-2. There was some drama earlier today with amendments being added by councilmembers that the Commanders organization had previously agreed to dealing with housing/parking and environmental concerns.
