We expect the QBk to be the first signal of what the plan will be for 2025, but what’s next for Browns free agency?

The Cleveland Browns have set their initial draft board and are now putting the final touches on their plan for free agency as they will be speaking with agents next week at the NFL Combine. It’s hard to make bold proclamations as to what their exact plan is until we see some initial dominoes begin to fall.

The biggest of them is the quarterback, and we should have an idea of that within a matter of days of the start of the new league year. We all understand that the decision of what free agent to sign is the most crucial position to address and hopefully get right.

Not only will it leave clues as to what the plan may be for the draft, but it also could factor into the Myles Garrett trade request. It leaves us to wonder what position should be the next top priority, and that is our topic for today’s conversation.

Multiple position groups need to be addressed or upgraded after a 3-14 season. We have compiled a list and profiled potential options. There are multiple spots on the offensive line, along with a dynamic running back or a weapon at wide receiver on offense.

On the defensive side, an argument could be made for a defensive tackle, an edge rusher in case Garrett holds out, or a linebacker in case Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah is unable to return to form.

What position do you think is the most important to address in free agency other than quarterback?
