Davante Adams said his time in New York was tied to Rodgers, so all signs point to his split with the franchise.

Adams carries a massive salary cap hit for 2025 and is likely to be released by the Jets.

When it comes to where he might end up, one team comes to mind.

Adams is rumored to want out of New York City, and it’s quite possible his next stop could be just a few hours away with the Buffalo Bills.

The Buffalo Bills have some question marks in their wide receivers room in 2025.

Davante Adams would certainly be a massive upgrade, as Khalil Shakir has shown himself to be a capable slot receiver. However, rookie Keon Coleman is still an unknown, and Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins are both free agents.

Back in October, FOX Sports analyst Colin Cowherd spoke on the potential of Adams pairing up with the Bills.

“How could you even consider then other teams if the Bills reached out to you?” Cowherd rhetorically asked Adams on his show.

In 11 games with the franchise, Adams caught 67 passes for 854 yards and seven touchdowns.

Buffalo Bills Are Favored To Sign Davante Adams

With 2025 NFL free agency less than a month away, NFL teams will be looking to clear cap space in the coming weeks.

Many experts believe the Jets will cut Davante Adams from the team.

The wide receiver made a shock move to the New York Jets to reunite with Aaron Rodgers during the season, but things did not go well. Now, Rodgers is headed out, and he is likely headed out as well.

With the Buffalo Bills again falling short in the playoffs, they must be aggressive in the 2025 NFL offseason.

BetOnline has the Bills leading in the odds to sign Adams this offseason.
