Dan Quinn: Jayden Daniels is done for the season

Dan Quinn spoke to reporters for “Tell the Truth Monday”. It was reported that Jayden Daniels was getting shut down for the season, and Quinn confirmed those reports at the start of his presser. Quinn said that Daniels isn’t cleared for contact, and there is a short week, then another quick turnaround for the Christmas game against the Dallas Cowboys. This has been a disappointing season for Daniels and the team, and now he’ll have the offseason to heal up, and prepare for his third season. He won’t go to injured reserve, because he wanted to be able to continue practicing with the team for the final three weeks of the season.
