🏈 NFL.com released its preview for Monday night’s Steelers-Texans AFC Wild Card Round game. Nine of the 10 analyst on the panel have the Texans beating the Steelers. For the second consecutive week, only Daniel Jeremiah picked Pittsburgh to win.

The Steelers are currently 3-point underdogs for their Wild Card matchup against the Texans, according to odds posted by DraftKings Sportsbook. Pittsburgh has a +138 money line, while Houston’s is -164. The over/under total for the game is 38.5 points.

The Texans are one of the hottest teams in the league right now, winning their last nine straight games. Pittsburgh’s offense will also have its hands full as Houston boasts the best defense in the NFL in total yards allowed.

🏈 Penguins center Evgeni Malkin wished the Steelers good luck for their playoff game on Monday night.

🏈 Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans expects Monday night’s game against the Steelers to be a slobberknocker.

“It’s a really great matchup. You’re gonna get two physical football teams. It’s gonna be old school football. It’s gonna be physical on both sides,” Ryans said. “I can’t get more excited about it. Their d-line is probably one of the best units in the league. It’s physical game. If you like football that’s what you should be about. I’m about that and I’m ready to get after it.”

Will Anderson Jr. led the Texans with 13 run stuffs, the third-most among edge rushers behind only Maxx Crosby and Myles Garrett.
