🏈 Friday marked the 57-year anniversary of Mike Tomlin’s father, Edward Tomlin, being drafted by the Baltimore Colts. Bill Nunn, Hall of Fame Steelers scout, had named Tomlin to his All-American Team. The Colts defensive coordinator is Chuck Noll. However, Tomlin signs with Montreal (CFL) where former Steeler Gary Glick (OC) becomes his coach.

🏈 Friday also marked the 57-year anniversary of the Steelers drafting Rocky Bleier in the 16th round. He served in the U.S. Army and is wounded in the Vietnam War in 1969 but miraculously overcomes his injuries to play football again and be a part of four Super Bowl-winning teams.
