🏈 Before the Pittsburgh Steelers report to training camp next month, the team’s rookie players are getting to know the nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh.
A week of community events for the rookies included a visit to the North Side with Urban Impact on Tuesday. There were four stations for kids to enjoy, including a Q&A, a photo booth and football drills.

🏈 The demand for the Steelers’ international game in Dublin, Ireland, caused frustration for some fans.
ProFootballTalk reports that they received a screenshot that showed more than 600,000 prospective buyers were in the virtual queue for the Sept 28 game.
WPXI also saw several social media posts where fans claimed to have spent upwards of eight hours waiting to get tickets and faced various issues with the website.
It wasn’t immediately clear if online bots were the reason for the large virtual crowd trying to get seats at Croke Park.

🏈 Peter Schrager of ESPN believes Aaron Rodgers’ situation with the Steelers will be different than his two-year tenure with the New York Jets.
“This is a different situation for Aaron Rodgers than it was with the Jets.. The Steelers believe that they’re in a much better place than they were a year ago,” Schrager said on The Pat McAfee Show.

🏈 NFL Insider James Palmer believes negotiations between the Steelers and T.J. Watt will go up to the start of the season.
“This is one where we really went through a difficult negotiation last time. That went all the way up to, I believe, the Thursday before the start of the season. Buckle up, we could have that again possibly,” Palmer said.
