🏈 Former Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison thinks the Steelers should stay far away from Brandon Aiyuk.
“I know they said the Steelers as an option. No, that’s not happening. Don’t even worry about it. We’re not gonna do that,” Harrison said on his Deebo & Joe podcast. “For me, I would have to just stay away from it. The behavior is just too erratic. You don’t know what you’re getting from one day to the next.”
Aiyuk continues to troll the San Francisco 49ers. His latest video featured him tossing a bunch of money on the ground as another reminder to the 49ers of the money he’s made from them.
On Wednesday, Aiyuk said in a video, “If I’m crazy or if I’m cappin’, tell them boys cut me today and I’ll sign with the Commanders tomorrow. We’ll see who’s cappin’.”
The Steelers almost landed Aiyuk in a trade in 2024. To say the least, the Steelers are fortunate they avoided a massive headache.
🏈 Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth tied the knot with his fiancee Jillian Cataldo on Saturday in Cape Cod, Mass.
Freiermuth and Cataldo got engaged last June. Like Freiermuth, Cataldo is also a Massachusetts native.
🏈 The Steelers’ official X account shared a clip of Hall of Fame running back Jerome Bettis throwing a 32-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jerame Tuman against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2001. The Steelers defeated Tampa Bay, 17-10.
🏈 Steelers defensive lineman Logan Lee held his first-ever youth football camp in Geneseo, Ill. Lee is a graduate of Orion High School, which is in the area of Geneseo.
All the proceeds of the clinic will go to the Geneseo Park District Foundation.

🏈 Former Steelers offensive tackle Mike Adams will lead free yoga classes in Sharon, Pa. this summer. Adams was a second-round pick by the Steelers out of Ohio State in 2012. He was with the Steelers for four seasons before playing one season with the Chicago Bears.
🏈 Former Steelers quarterback Justin Fields expressed gratitude after taking a mission trip to Madagascar. In
“Had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Madagascar and it was eye-opening to say the least,” Fields wrote on Instagram. “It helped me appreciate the little things we often take for granted and gain a deeper understanding on what truly matters in this life.
“Their positive outlook on everything they go through taught me that happiness is not measured by material possessions but by relationships, faith, and gratitude. My time there strengthened my desire to serve others and reminded me that gratitude should be a daily practice, not just a feeling based on our circumstances. God’s blessings are everywhere.”
