🏈 Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw believes he played a big part in getting his wide receivers into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

“I used to apologize to these guys, but then I got to thinking about it… If I had been accurate none of them would have made the Hall of Fame. Am I right? I mean, you got to let them show off what they can do, and I did that intentionally. I just want America to know that. I’m a giver,” Bradshaw said on the Names with Games podcast with former New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman.

🏈 Cam Heyward is the first defensive lineman since 2017 to post 10+ passes defended and 10+ tackles for loss in the same season. Heyward accomplished the feat in his 14th NFL season and at age 35.

🏈 Former Steelers cornerback Bryant McFadden thinks the standard has been lost in Pittsburgh.

“[Mike Tomlin] held onto Matt Canada way too long. Matt Canada should’ve been gone, but wasn’t because of the loyalty, in which I respect. But at some point in time, confrontation is something that a head coach has to address. He held on to Matt Canada too long. He held on to Kenny Pickett too long. Kenny Pickett should’ve been on the sideline earlier than what happened with that injury when Mason Rudolph jumped into the lineup,” McFadden said on CBS Sports HQ. “These are things that have kept the organization back a little bit from doing things that they need to do, and hopefully these things are addressed moving forward. I’m one that believes Mike Tomlin is good enough to be the head coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but I also must admit the standard has not been the standard in years past from what we’ve seen.”

🏈 Mike Golic Jr. thinks the Steelers are in a tough spot at the quarterback position, and there’s no easy answer to the problem.

“No, I think the problem with that is, there aren’t ready solutions that are easily available,” Golic said on the Ross Tucker Podcast.
