🏈 Former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Bart Scott called the Pittsburgh Steelers a “soft” 4-2 team.
“I mean, we knew that this was a soft 4-2. They should have lost to the Jets. You talk about being outscored in a lot of games that they won or outrushed, outgained they were able to get five turnovers against the Patriots. This just brings them back to the pack,” Scott said on ESPN.
🏈 Former Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley defended Mike Tomlin.
“If you’re looking for a hot take, you’re not going to get it from me. I am a huge believer in Mike Tomlin,” Haley said in an interview with Mike Asti of West Virginia Sports Now. “I’ve heard it. I heard when I was there. It’s a rabid fan base that expects one thing, and that’s Super Bowl trophies. Mike Tomlin in this day and age is smart, knows defense, knows offense, knows how to get the most out of each and every player and coach, which is just as important as getting it out of the players.

🏈 Former NFL running back LeSean McCoy asked for the whereabouts of T.J. Watt in Thursday night’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
“In the fourth quarter I made a call to the police. Has anybody found T.J.? Did he play today? You got a 40-year-old quarterback in the backfield that can’t move a lick, and I see no pressure. T.J. Watt, you made a big deal about getting paid this offseason and you ain’t played at all today,” McCoy said on Speakeasy.
