🏈 Former Steelers cornerback Donte Jackson believes he has emerged as one of the top corners in the league. Jackson, who’s now with the Los Angeles Chargers after playing one season with the Steelers in 2024, had a standout season in L.A. last year.
“Just to keep the foot on the pedal,” Jackson said, via Omar Navarro of the Chargers’ website. “I feel like the last two seasons I’ve emerged, to me personally, as one of the top corners in the league. That’s just kind of how I feel, so just adding to that.
“I’m team first, so I don’t have a personal agenda. I don’t have any personal goals but to be the best teammate I could be. Just blessed to have a group of guys that share that same mindset. Nobody is selfish. Nobody has selfish goals.”

🏈 Former NFL running back Chris Johnson revealed that he is fighting ALS in an interview with Michael Strahan on ABC’s Good Morning America.
First, I want people to know I’m still me,” Johnson said. “ALS has changed what my body can do. But it hasn’t changed who I am.”
Former Steelers free safety Ryan Clark has Johnson in his thoughts and prayers.
“Praying for you and your family good brother. One of the most physically gifted humans I’ve ever seen!” Clark wrote on X.
