In an interview with Pittsburgh Soccer Now, Pittsburgh Steelers Corporate Communications Director Cecelia Cagni discussed the World Cup opportunities that will be available to fans at Acrisure Stadium.

The Sports Business Journal, along with CivicScience, conducted a Sports Consumer Insights survey to see what Americans really think about sports.

VisitPITTSBURGH’s President and CEO Jerad Bachar told the Sports Business Journal that Pittsburgh’s sports culture “far exceeds its size.”

New York topped the best sports cities list with 20 percent of the vote, followed by Pittsburgh with 16 percent of the vote.

And the Steelers earned third place as America’s team with 14 percent support.

The New York Yankees edged out the Dallas Cowboys for the top spot in that category.
