The Dallas Cowboys are hosting the Philadelphia Eagles in a Week 12 game. These two teams played the first game of the season, a 24-20 Eagles victory. That loss set the tone for a very frustrating season for the Cowboys so far.
In Week 11, the Cowboys regained some momentum by throttling the inept Las Vegas Raiders. The Cowboys defense looks to be a different unit now that Quinnen Williams is patrolling the middle. He also got help from several other returning players from injury.
The test this week is to beat a team with a quality record, and is an NFC East rival. If the Cowboys hope to keep some semblance of playoff hope going, they have to win this one. Not just for their record, but for the confidence that would come by beating an 8-2 team who are the reigning champs.
