Cowboys rule out 5 players for Christmas Day game
Inside The Star Inside The Star

Did you think Christmas day would be as fun as it was about to be when the schedule got released, like 6 months ago?

Let’s just say we should have saw some of this coming like five years ago. Still, this team is going to play as many starters as they can tomorrow, and at this point, who cares, right?

Just let the guys play, and make something worthwhile while we watch the most pointless games on one of the most important days of the year.

Long Day

So can we be honest? Christmas day is going to be a fun day filled with a lot of fun with our family, but let me be honest with you. I am also a Denver Nuggets fan, and they have the best basketball player in the world, Nikola Jokić and at the moment that game starts at 9 P. M, I don’t care about football.

It could be the Rams against the Jags, the two teams that I think are the best in both conferences, yet I would rather watch my favorite NBA team, which is a legit contender, than watch this football game, my Cowboys.

Who am I kidding? I will probably have both on because I just love sports. The most important guy on this report for Dallas is Overshown, a guy that needs to be the man in 2026. This defense is so bad that at this point you could probably play linebacker.

Nonetheless, sports on Christmas is so much fun, and either way, the Dallas Cowboys are going to play their starters, and they will probably win this game against Josh Johnson and ruin their draft position.

The problem is, the Cowboys make every QB who plays them look like the MVP of the league, and Josh Johnson will probably get a max contract for what he is about to do to this Matt Eberflus defense. I could probably call a better game my PS5 controller, but that is none of my business.

Either way, the Cowboys either make our day better by getting a better draft pick, or they just win the game and let us enjoy the rest of the day a little bit longer.

Whatever happens, I hope you all have a great Christmas!
