Inside The Star Inside The Star

Welp, here it is, the last injury report for the 2025 Dallas Cowboys season.

With only one game left in the season, the Dallas Cowboys have ruled out a handful of players, including four starters for the season finale tomorrow against the New York Giants.

Take a look below at the final injury report of the season and I will tell you my thoughts on the decisions that are being made.

Five Ruled Out

As you can see, Dallas has ruled out five total players, while three others are questionable. Four of them are starters and the other one is the backup running back, Malik Davis.

With Williams and Davis both out and Phil Mafah also trending toward missing the game, that leaves the Dallas backfield on life support.

Jaydon Blue should be in line for a heavy workload, something he has not gotten at all this year. My guess would be that Hunter Luepke gets the start.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Israel Abanikanda come off the practice squad too.

With that said, I still don’t understand why Dak Prescott is starting this football game. We have heard it from Schotty about them playing to win the game and everything else, but even if Dak is only in line to play the first half if something happens to him heading into 2026, we can kiss that year goodbye also.

Dak Prescott will start Sunday at the New York Giants. He’s not sure if he will play the whole game although the expectation is Joe Milton will get some action. Prescott said the prep does not change. pic.twitter.com/J79vf0OT8w

This offense is going to need to be at full strength next season, because who knows what this defense is going to look like.

They were already bad enough, and they just released Trevon Diggs, but I will save that for another day.

I will be honest with you, I just hope the rest of the team gets out of this game healthy. If we see a bad injury to anyone that has a chance to start next season, I won’t be happy.

Whether that be Dak, CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Jake Jerguson, or anyone on the defense that they hope to bring back next season.

As for the Giants, they already blew their chance at the first overall pick last week when they beat the Raiders, but they did rule out five of their starters including Wan’dale Robinson,...
