The Dallas Cowboys just pulled off a stunner. After falling into a 21-0 hole early in the second quarter, almost everyone felt like it was over. But you know the saying, it’s never over until it’s over. The Cowboys came to life, especially on the defense, and shut out the Eagles for the rest of the game. Dallas’ offense built on that and they won 24-21 to keep their playoff hunt on life-support.
Now they have a short week as it’s the annual Thanksgiving game. The opponents for Turkey Day – the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs just pulled off an overtime win to get to 6-5 on the year. With the Cowboys at 5-5-1, both teams are tying to keep hope alive.
Our friends at FanDuel have the Cowboys as 3.5-point underdogs. That is the same line for most of the time prior to the Eagles game. A good omen?
