Cooper DeJean’s brother, Beckett DeJean, was arrested in Iowa this Sunday morning.
TMZ is reporting that, per jail records, the sibling of the Philadelphia Eagles cornerback is in legal hot water for operating while intoxicated.
While the offense is a misdemeanor, it carries serious penalties in Idaho.
“Cooper DeJean’s brother is in trouble with the law … cause TMZ has learned Beckett DeJean was arrested for operating while intoxicated,” the outlet notes.

TMZ also reports that Beckett is a first-time offender but can still face jail time or significant fines.
Beckett was a defensive back for the South Dakota Coyotes as a freshman.
Meanwhile, Cooper is gearing up for his second playoff run with the Eagles after helping them win the Super Bowl last year. He’s been in the news lately, thanks to rumors of a relationship with WWE star Nikki Bella.
DeJean, 22, was named a First-Team All-Pro this season, joining 24-year-old cornerback teammate Quinyon Mitchell. The Eagles are now the second team in NFL history to have two First-Team All-Pro CBs in the same year.
The Baltimore Ravens had the honor when Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters were selected in 2019.
DeJean is also the youngest Eagles player to boast this achievement since Charlie Young (also 22) in 1973. He and Mitchell are the first pair of Eagles 24 or younger to be named All-Pro since 1989.
The Eagles are scheduled to play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday evening.
