The Miami Dolphins face the Washington Commanders on Sunday morning in the NFL’s first regular-season game from Madrid, Spain. The final game in the 2025 international series for the league, the game kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Eastern from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid in La Liga.

The teams are in their final preparations for the game, including the release of their respective inactive players lists. Each team is required to drop their in-season active roster of 53 players to the game-day limit of 48 players. If teams elevated players from their practice squad, those players count against the 48-player limit.

Washington ruled out wide receiver Treylon Burks (finger), quarterback Jayden Daniels (left elbow), linebacker Ale Kaho (concussion), and wide receiver Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) on Friday’s injury report, then downgraded tight end Ben Sinnott (ankle) to out on Saturday. Joining Burks, Daniels, Kaho, McLaurin, and Sinnott are tackle Tret Scott and tackle George Fant.

The Commanders elevated running back Chase Edmonds and cornerback Tre Hawkins from the practice squad.

On the Dolphins’ side of the inactive list, quarterback Quinn Ewers, cornerback Rasul Douglas, linebacker Andre Carter, wide receiver Dee Eskridge, and defensive tackle Matthew Butler were all made inactive. Eskridge (shoulder) and Douglas (foot/ankle) were both listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.

Ewers was designated as the team’s emergency quarterback, allowing him to enter the game should starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and backup Zach Wilson both be injured during the contest.

Miami had no practice squad elevations in Week 11.

The good news for Miami is linebacker Bradley Chubb, who was questionable on the injury report with a foot injury, is active and available.
