Commanders Reacts Survey: Predicting the 1st quarter of the season for the Commanders and the NFC East
Hogs Haven Hogs Haven

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Washington Commanders fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

In this week’s survey, we have three questions.

Question 1

Hogs Haven members who have been around for a while will recognize Q1 as one we ask weekly throughout the season to constantly ‘check the temperature’ of the fan base. It’s a simple yes/no question that asks if you are confident in the direction of the team.

Question 2

The Commanders open the season with two home games and two road games in September. Following Sunday’s home and season opener against the Giants, Washington will travel to Green Bay for an early Thursday Night Football clash with the Packers and their recently acquired defensive star, Micah Parsons.

Weeks 3 & 4 feature a home game vs the Vegas Raiders and a road trip to Atlanta in a rematch of last season’s critical Week 17 matchup with the Falcons.

In Q2, we ask you to predict Washington’s record in these four September games.

Question 3

Having gone through the exercise for Washington in Question 2, we invite you to consider the September schedules for our NFC East rivals and predict which team will lead the NFC East after the first 4 weeks have been played.

Comments & Results

Of course, we invite you to answer the survey questions below, but also feel free to expand on your answers and provide nuance in the comments section. I rely on those comments when discussing the results of the survey when they are posted in a separate article the next few days.
