Colts have a chance to right the ship against the Titans.

The Indianapolis Colts return to Lucas Oil Stadium licking their wounds from a devastating loss that surely sank any postseason aspirations. While the odds have slimmed considerably, they still technically have a chance. The Colts cannot lose another game, however, and it all starts with a home matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Fortunately for the Colts, the Titans have been struggling immensely. FanDuel Sportsbook is giving the Colts one of their biggest spread advantages of the year, coming in at 4.5-points.

The money line starts at -230 while the over/under comes in at 42.5.

The Colts had the Broncos right where they wanted them as Jonathan Taylor ran in a touchdown to put the Colts up nine early in the thrid. The game was turning into a defensive battle, so a touchdown there looked mighty good. Unfortunately, he let go of the ball before he crossed the goal line, and the Broncos got the ball back on a touchback. From there, everything unraveled as the Broncos were able to score 24-unanswered points in the second half. The Colts offense disappeared and turned the ball over way too many times to have a chance in this one. From a promising start, this one had a horrific ending.

The Titans squared off against the Cincinnati Bengals at home, and while things started off well with the Titans taking a 14-7 lead into the second quarter, that is where the good feelings stopped. A 17-point attack from the Bengals in the second quarter was too much for the Titans to overcome as they fell behind by as much as 31-14 in the third. Will Levis did Will Levis things and was ultimately benched in the third quarter following his third interception and fourth turnover on the day. Mason Rudolph had his own issues, but he was much better than Levis when he took over. Who the Colts might see on Sunday stands to be determined.

One team has something to play for, albeit it is a long shot. The other team, well, they might just be playing to see how good of a pick they can get in next year’s draft. This game won’t be televised outside of the immediate viewing areas, but expect the Colts to come out and do what they can to secure the win. The playoffs may be slipping away, but there is still plenty to glean from these final three games.
