The Cleveland Browns stunned the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday to spoil their AFC North celebration party. Adding insult to injury, they also reminded a fan of the rival team to live up to their promise.

Despite a shaky performance by rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, the Browns managed to upset the Steelers 13-6. With the Baltimore Ravens defeating the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, John Harbaugh’s squad will now face Pittsburgh in a win-or-go-home game on Sunday.

Before the Browns-Steelers game, X/Twitter user @PickensBurgh vowed to delete their account if Cleveland won. The Browns did just that, and reminded @PickensBurgh to keep their promise:

They also made sure a Steelers fan kept his promise to deactivate his account 💀

If you try to find @PickensBurgh on X, you’ll be hit with a note that the account no longer exists. Hey, they had a good run.

This, coupled with Myles Garrett throwing shade at Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers, has sure made for a sweet 24 hours in The Land.

Cleveland Browns Rookies Are Giving Fans Something To Get Excited About For 2026

One can argue that the Browns are better than their 4-12 record. If they had started Shedeur Sanders earlier in the season, perhaps the Browns would have avoided the AFC North basement.

But the bottom line is that the Cleveland Browns’ rookies are giving this franchise something to build off for 2025. Mason Graham has cemented himself as one of the league’s better defensive tackles, for starters.

Running back Quinshon Judkins might have rushed for over 1,000 yards if he hadn’t suffered a season-ending injury last week, too. Linebacker Carson Schwesinger and tight end Harold Fannin Jr. have shown plenty of promise, too.

The Browns also have two first-round picks in 2026, thanks to the Travis Hunter trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Add it all up, and there’s a lot for Browns fans to look forward to in 2026.
