Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. On Saturday, Kansas City hosts the Houston Texans at noon Arrowhead Time.

- Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle) has no designation after being a full participant in practice this week. He will play.
- Head coach Andy Reid spoke to reporters about Mahomes’ availability on Thursday.
- Both safety Chamarri Conner (concussion) and left tackle D.J. Humphries (hamstring) were ruled out after missing practice all week.
- Kansas City listed four other players on their injury report, but they are all good to go: offensive linemen Creed Humphrey (ankle) and Jawaan Taylor (knee), kicker Harrison Butker (left knee) and wide receiver Hollywood Brown (shoulder).
- After Brown is activated from the Reserve/Injured list, he will make his Chiefs debut.
- The Texans listed four players as out for Saturday’s game, including center Juice Scruggs (foot) and defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi (ankle). Scruggs missed the Texans’ last game against the Miami Dolphins with his injury, while Fatukasi played just six snaps before going out with his. Wide receiver John Metchie III (shoulder) and tight end Cade Stover (illness) were also ruled out.
- Running back Joe Mixon (ankle) finished the week as a limited practice participant, while linebacker Del’Shawn Phillips (foot) was upgraded to full. Both are good to go for the game.
- Reserve linebacker Christian Harris (ankle) was a new addition to the Texans’ report. He was held out of Thursday’s practice and is questionable for the game.
