For the NFL’s Preseason Week 2, the Kansas City Chiefs are on the road, going up against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field. The Chiefs would like to improve on last week’s 20-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, but they probably consider it more important to learn as much as they can about their rookies and new players before the final preseason game next Friday on GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Some starters — including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce and defensive tackle Chris Jones — may not even get on the field against the Seahawks.
