Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. In the NFL’s Week 18, the Chiefs will be on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders for a Sunday matchup at 3:25 p.m. Arrowhead Time.
Here is the Chiefs’ final official injury report of the week, including game designations:

Some notes
- The Chiefs have listed only one player as out for Sunday’s game: rookie tight end Jake Briningstool, who was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list two weeks ago. Although he was a full participant in all of this week’s practices, his season is now over.
- Right guard Trey Smith (ankle) and wide receiver Xavier Worthy (illness) have both been declared doubtful for Sunday’s game after missing all three of this week’s practices.
- Two other players who did not practice on Thursday — long snapper James Winchester (illness) and running back Kareem Hunt (illness) — were both upgraded to full participation on Friday. They are both good to go for the game.
- Three Kansas City players were limited participants all week. Only offensive lineman Jaylon Moore (knee) is actually injured. Running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive end George Karlaftis were listed with rest periods on Wednesday and Thursday. All three are questionable for Sunday’s matchup.
- Defensive tackle Jerry Tillery is also questionable for the game. He was excused from Friday’s practice for personal reasons.
