Next week, the Chiefs play the Eagles on Super Bowl Sunday.

Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX next Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

Here is the Chiefs’ first official injury report of the week, which is an estimated report:

Some notes

  • The Chiefs listed five players — safety Bryan Cook (quad), running back Kareem Hunt (quad), quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle), right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee) and cornerback Jaylen Watson (ankle) — but they all would have been full participants.
  • Left guard Mike Caliendo is off the injury report, while Cook and Hunt are new additions.
  • For the Eagles, six players would not have practiced due to injury, including left guard Landon Dickerson, center Cam Jurgens (back) and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring).
  • In the NFC Championship against the Washington Commanders, Dickerson slid to center when Jurgens could not start due to his injury. When Dickerson’s injury kept him from playing in the second half, Jurgens entered the game. Having two weeks before the Super Bowl should help their chances of starting against the Chiefs.
