Some notes

  • Good news for two Chiefs in Thursday’s injury report: Left guard Kingsley Suamataia (concussion) and wide receiver Xavier Worthy (ankle) did not participate on Wednesday, but both were upgraded to limited participation on Thursday.
  • The news was not as good for running back Isiah Pacheco, who has missed two weeks of practice (and two games) since suffering an MCL sprain in Week 8. Back as a full participant on Wednesday, he was downgraded to limited participation on Thursday.
  • For the Colts, quarterback Daniel Jones was added to the report, shown as limited with a calf injury. Little is known about it, but a report from Indianapolis media suggests it is not a serious issue.
  • Rotational defensive end Tyquan Lewis (groin) was upgraded from did not participate to limited. He’s missed three games with his injury.
  • Veteran rotational defensive end Samson Ebukam (knee) was again a limited participant. He’s also missed the last three games.
  • Two players who have been designated to return from the Indianapolis Reserve/Injured list — starting cornerback Charvarius Ward (concussion) and second-year linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ankle) — were full participants for the second day. Both could end up returning to the roster before Sunday.
  • Rotational defensive tackle Grover Stewart was given a rest day. Veteran cornerback Kenny Moore was back at work after resting on Wednesday.
